Our programs have more than 200 beneficiaries from different target groups: children with special educational needs, a group of 20 children with disabilities, Roma children, children whose parents have gone abroad due to lack of jobs in the area, children from the community. We have succeeded to form a group of 42 active volunteers that are involved in the integration of these children. By participating in common programs, children develop adaptation and integration skills, interpersonal relations, competitive spirit, increased self-confidence and the likelihood of dropping out of school decreases. By acting in rural area of Suplacu de Barcau, we represent their only chance of participating and benefiting from this kind of activities. Due to the pandemic we don't have acces to any other location where we used to have activities. The lack of own space limits us in safely running programs for children's emotional development and social integration.
