The Hive is a non-profit eatery we are starting in Willard MO. The mission is to provide job opportunities to people with differing abilities. We are hiring (and paying a competitive wage) a 50/50 ratio of typically developing people as well as those with differing abilities. We are networking within our community to be sustainable by using eco-friendly products, sourcing close to home as possible for our food, working with a local farmer for our food waste, and recycling, both front of house and back of house.
