Many of the children we serve at Easterseals Southwest Florida and InStride Therapy have no insurance, limited insurance coverage, or parents simply cannot afford the premiums involved with having their child participate in important therapy programs. Children can receive speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy through a hippotherapy session. Our Easterseals therapists work together with the staff at InStride to provide this therapy. Each equine therapy session happens at our InStride Therapy facility and requires a full team of 4 individuals per session. With our current budget, we are at our maximum capacity of service, but with your help, we can increase the number of children we serve. We are looking to raise $28,800 in order to provide 10 children with the ability to attend therapy once per week for a full year.
