We Serve Veterans with Invisible Wounds Our mission is to provide our disabled veterans another method of healing through service dogs. Our programs help heal visible and invisible wounds and provide families with new beginnings. All while raising awareness about the potential of shelter and rescue dogs everywhere. 1. We rescue shelter dogs 2. Train them in our prison programs 3. Pair them with veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or Traumatic Brain Injury 4. Continue their training to be service dogs. By doing this, we are Rescuing One to Heal Another! For this project, we are looking to raise funds to Rescue 15 dogs and put them thru our Basic Training. In this training the dogs are trained to pass AKC's CGC (American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen) standard.
