We are raising funds for our third and final story of our Starfish Center in Javillar, Dominican Republic. It will be a large room with bathrooms and a kitchen. This will be a facility for community events, large vocational and training classes, and emergency accommodations during tropical storms, flooding and other weather-related crisis. We have also initiated a program to host large groups of youth from Canada and United States who will be accompanying us for humanitarian purposes. This facility will provide a venue for integration with youth in the local community, for teaching, performances, and for recreational events.
