A social entrepreneurship program that seeks to train and employ young people with autism in the preparation, sales, marketing and distribution of baked products. In August 2021 we began the job of training 5 young people with autism, who receive instructions in the direct preparation of "empanadas". The goal of the project is to be able to consolidate an establishment in which at least 90% of the employees are young people with autism. It seeks to generate job offers so that young people with autism use their skills and abilities in a productive way, and have access to independent lives. Fundación Abriendo Posibilidades is a center for the diagnosis and care of autism spectrum disorders that seeks to grow hand in hand with the needs of our population, which is why we created and promote the "Espectro Delicias" initiative so that our impact can be extended to adults with autism.
