My Story Matters works with individuals in underserved populations to take ownership of their story in the past, present and future. We empower them to design a future they can be proud of. We have created a course called Safe Harbors that helps prepare every learner to BELIEVE in themselves. Participants are equipped with the tools and resources they need to take intentional and result driven action towards those goals. They begin to see success in change and ultimately know they are fully capable of creating a new version of themselves they can be excited about. They have expanded their efforts to work with incarcerated individuals & their families. Their efforts to grow and expand can be accelerated with your generous contributions today. The positive results from those currently participating speak for themselves. With this campaign we can fund 100 inmates to complete the course and receive the resources they need. We will also fund 10 instructors to be certified to teach.
