“If you give a child a fish, you feed them for a day. If you teach a child to fish, you feed them for a lifetime.” Career Path Finder is a full-service Career Development Program designed to teach today's youth to fish. Project-GreenWorks is partnering with Penny Lane, an organization currently serving 71 at-risk and foster youth ages 18-25. Funds will be used to give each Penny Lane Client 1) a Career Assessment and 2-hr Consultation; 2) help developing a Strategic Career Plan, as well as 3) guidance to seek an Internship and job placement. We believe this is the missing link that will prepare today's youth for a life-long career. Additionally, we will train and certify 3 Case Workers as Career Consultants to continue the Program after this grant ends. Every dollar raised will be matched by the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation. These young adults deserve the opportunity to be their best self! Please help us give new hope by teaching them to fish...
