Peaceful Warriors is building a mindful movement series to empower the underserved populations in our, Colorado Springs, community. A 3 series program for our 3 most underserved populations built for adaptive needs/children/seniors to mindfully move, learn skills to manage emotions, create a 'toolbox' of wellness habits, and healing modalities. Each group will receive 12 hours of round table style learning over 3 series. The skills they learn will be a strong foundation for them to become more confident, empowered, and successful. Peaceful Warriors is an inclusive non-profit organization bringing mindfulness, emotional wellness, yoga, and support services to underserved populations locally. Peaceful Warriors is committed to bringing wellness into every home in our community.
