Saved by the Wave restorative program supports women by learning skills to empower their mind, body, and spirit. The curriculum will be on: • health & fitness [including beginner surf lessons] • nutritional • financial • mental health • personal development, and more This 9-day restorative program is based in Pavones, Costa Rica, August 19th - 28th, 2022. We are sponsoring women for the costs of room & board, and program curriculum. [transportation to Costa Rica not included] The women are selected through our scholarship program application process. We are looking to support women who have recently come out of recovery/ trauma treatment.
