Everyday there are many horrors which children and families are facing in their homes within their home country of Ukraine! Therefore, everyday Save Ukraine is on a mission to rescue the most vulnerable people from combat zones - orphans, children and adults with disabilities, foster families, those who experienced sexual violence, frail elderly and at-risk families. They arrive in horrible and dreadful shape, malnourished after being in hiding or underground for months or weeks without food, water and other basic necessities, injured or worse. Save Ukraine, rescues approximately 100-400 at-risk children and families per day. After rescuing them, Save Ukraine UA, also helps them with: emergency assistance, housing for the most vulnerable people and continues in many ways to rebuild their lives. Since the start of the conflict, Save Ukraine, has evacuated over 54,000 vulnerable children and families and everyday they continue these special operations to save more children and families from the most dangerous hotspots all over Ukraine. They are the number one organization who has done the most amount of successful evacuations in Ukraine. This fundraiser will help with the emergency need to get an additional van due to the increased number of evacuations needed to be done because of the intensified fighting in the East of Ukraine.
