Here in Romania, almost 200 km from the city of Iasi, on the border between Ukraine and Romania, Ukrainian children and families fled the war and thousands remained in Iasi.To renew the war-torn childhood, we are launching an educational project, the Mobile School. The project provides play and learning sessions for at least 200 orphaned Ukrainian refugee children, to integrate more easily into the new adoptive country, Romania, and to resume education. On a weekly basis, the Mobile School will relieve their pain and bring back a smile on their lips. Type of activity: Mobile School = learning by play and experiments Beneficiary: 200 orphaned Ukrainian refugee children with ages between 5 – 17 years. Location: Bucium Residential Center from Iasi. Expenses: Material acquisitions for learning technology through experiments. Due to language barriers, such educational tools are better received by Ukrainian children.
