The needs of Charlotte’s homeless, hopeless and forgotten communities are extensive and far-reaching. The mission of our Adopt A Block ministry is to give hope and bring transformation for Charlotte's most at-risk neighborhoods through consistent and dedicated home visits, relationship building and physical acts of service. Through our Adopt-a-Block programs, we engage in simple service activities such as: cookouts, block parties, kids games and activities for kids, home visits with elderly, litter pickup, distributing home supplies, and more. Specifically, we also provide food and home supplies to our We serve and form relationships with the residents of these neighborhoods, meeting practical and emotional needs, and then are able lead them into a relationship with Jesus Christ, who often began His ministry by offering food or asking people to dine with Him.
