The aim of our centre is to alleviate the burden on those who have little or no access to health care, serving primarily women and children within the greater Ncera Village area. The intention of this center is: • To alleviate the primary healthcare demands in the region • To collaborate with government clinics & serve as collection points for chronic medication for patients requiring contraceptives, diabetes medication, antihypertensive drugs, antiretroviral drugs & TB medication. • To provide education on basic nutrition & other lifestyle interventions in chronic disease. • Serve as screening centers for diabetes, coronary heart disease, TB & HIV. • To provide counseling services & treat mental health conditions such as anxiety & depression. • To serve as internship sites for homeopathic students & newly qualified practitioners. • To serve as training sites to improve homeopathic diagnostic & prescribing skills amongst homeopaths. • To provide employment for community members.
