Zambia garden of Hope began in 2021 when we drilled for water! This garden began as an overgrown field. This community's food, opportunities for work, and hope had all diminished during Covid-19. This garden has been growing and producing vegetables, work and hope! They are working hard as they focus on feeding their families, the vulnerable and the elderly in their village. As the garden grows, so have their plans as they work to become self reliant. This plan includes raising 1200 Ross 308 Chickens! We have already successfully raised the funds for a beautiful chicken coop! This community has taken a course in Agriculture to have the knowledge to successfully raise chickens. Now they need funds for the chickens, feed, and all the required clothing and equipment! Your support is needed to provide this hard working community with this opportunity.
