With the 2023 goals set of serving as many veterans and first responders with service dogs cadets and dog training, we expect to pair 25 participants with their new dogs and start training with 5 participants with their own dog this year. All of these participants require the appropriate equipment to house, train, and care for their dog. Our funds would purchase pairing kits for the 30 participants and treadmill training and rental to exercise the dog at home when the weather is poor or veteran mobility is compromised.
