"As an international basketball organization, we use the sport of basketball as a tool to transform lives with a lasting impact. Our Academy program provides a complete development pathway and genuine guidance for a professional basketball career. These players are typically from underrepresented, international backgrounds (currently including a South Sudanese refugee), lacking the environment, guidance, or financial means to attain a career in basketball. Our goal is to provide a genuine career pathway for these young players in hopes of advancing their lives, their families’ wellbeing, and the development of their local communities. In addition, as part of our community engagement, DIP Crusaders offers a range of basketball programs and events to young people from all walks of life. We host skill sessions, camps, and after school programs with intentional coaching, strong mentorship, and a positive environment for school aged children.
