This campaign is created to implement further cleanup initiatives, provide proper waste management facilities and to create awareness among the village. Our main goal is to help the village to Recycle, Renew, and Regrow together. The current state of waste disposal is that there is no proper facility. Waste is being dumped by the beach / waterside and then being washed into the water during high tides. This in the long term is affecting the villagers drinking well water, the marine life, and the community and public use of the waterfront. All funds will be utilized towards: 1) Garbage collection bins 2) Waste management facilities 3) Providing better equipment to our village cleaners (new tractor for garbage collection) 4) Educating the young and old to show them what a clean Udvada can look like and the reasons to maintain it We are so grateful to you for donating to this cause.
