FEM DOMINICANA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women with limited resources in the Dominican Republic. In the Dominican Republic, there are alarmingly high rates of unplanned and teenage pregnancies, with one in five teenage girls giving birth before the age of 19. Our mission is to provide access to crucial services such as family planning, capacity building, and mentoring to enable women to thrive and achieve their full potential. We believe that by supporting women, we can create positive ripple effects that benefit families, communities, and society as a whole. FEM DOMINICANA's programs and initiatives consists in that women in Villa Altagracia and Villa Mella and their families can participate of the following programs: 1. Family Planning Services 2. Capacity Building Workshops 3. Mentoring Programs
