Our daughter Ethne loved everyone she met. Sadly, her life was tragically cut short at the tender age of 2. We knew we wanted to honor her memory each year for her birthday, so we began doing service projects to share her love. One of our favorite projects has been to provide meals at the Ronald McDonald room at Primary Children’s hospital in Utah. Because of the pandemic volunteers are not allowed, but they still need help to provide meals for parents of sick children. This fundraiser will provide money to provide up to 10 catered dinners for families with children in the hospital.
