Hearts with Hands is a non-profit organization located near the Swannanoa River in Asheville, NC. This area was greatly affected on September 27, when Hurricane Helene wiped out homes, towns, and roads. With very little access to get help, the devastation left in its wake is heart-wrenching and all-consuming.
