The vision of 'Inuka bakery & workshop' is to lift people up from a life that is limited by their disability and help them find their feet in life. Inuka offers work and a vision to people with a disability because in God’s eyes they are as valuable as people without disability. We want to give them hope by providing suitable work opportunities where they can learn and develop their strengths and abilities. In their bakery and workshop Inuka employs 8 people with disability and they would like to employ more people by opening a coffee shop where they can sell coffee and their self-baked goods. In order to be able to do that Inuka needs to create a nice cozy place in the Inuka garden which is safe from termites and rain. Beside that they would like to build a small playground - a safe place for kids to play and develop their skills - while playgrounds are very rare in Dar es Salaam. The playground should also be opened for the kids in the neighborhood to come and enjoy.
