Homes for Nancy and Roberto, and Miguel and Elizabeth Dominican Homes

Matching funds provides housing for two families who are in great need in the community of Javillar, Dominican Republic . Elizabeth and Miguel’s family have 6 children and all 8 members were sleeping in one small bedroom.

Nancy and Roberto and their 4 children were living in terrible conditions, their homes being eaten by termites.

Besides the great needs of the families receiving the homes, we employ local workers to do our building projects, thus providing skills and income for many additional local families.

This project directly impacts the 14 people living in the homes. Indirectly it affected the lives of 14 construction workers and their families. These are built to be multigenerational homes and so the reach benefit is endless. There will also be many others impacted by pay-it-forward service from these two families.
