Empowering rural Kenyan women Agents of Change

The Agents of Change program empowers rural Kenyan women as climate change leaders as they deliver workshops to women’s groups that will strengthen their resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-induced impacts; build a network of women who are leaders in climate change and climate change mitigation; create safe spaces for women to openly share about the issues they face and the solutions they know will make a difference in their ability to thrive in face of significant environmental changes; and provide the necessary tools and supplies to assist the women in their daily climate change mitigation practices.
