Helping Veterans Heal Their Invisible Wounds The Warrior's Journey Retreat

The Warrior Connection (TWC) is an organization that strives to end Veteran suicide and repair family relationships through proven holistic residential retreats and aftercare for Veterans and Military Spouses. While one of many organizations that help combat PTS, TWC is one of only three U.S. organizations that concentrate on Military Sexual Trauma (MST), both for men & women. 1-in-3 women and 1-in-50 men encounter MST during their service. The focus of TWC's retreat programming is to help participants recognize and break the cycle of distress & negative emotions associated with co-morbid trauma syndrome, including traumatic events, moral injury, grief, and loss, and to reclaim lost parts of themselves. TWC serves both male and female Veterans, regardless of combat or non-combat status, and military spouses, from across the country. This holistic residential retreat served 4 military veterans, and they had an amazing experience!
