The Batwa housing initiative project is aimed at expanding safe housing for Batwa pygmy girls in Kisoro, Uganda. The project sought to address the housing and livelihood challenges faced by young single mothers within the Batwa community. The objectives of the project were to improve living conditions, empower the Batwa women through income generation, and provide education support for their children.
