Ayuda a empoderar a mujeres con los programas de FEM Bringing Hope to Dominican Young Women

FEM DOMINICANA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women with limited resources in the Dominican Republic. In the Dominican Republic, there are alarmingly high rates of unplanned and teenage pregnancies, with one in five teenage girls giving birth before the age of 19.

FEM DOMINICANA's programs and initiatives consists in that women in Villa Altagracia and Villa Mella and their families can participate of the following programs:

Family Planning Services: Ensure access to contraception and reproductive health education to empower women to make informed choices about their bodies and futures.

Capacity Building Workshops: Provide access to job training and technical training courses. We provide the resources to cover the costs of registration and materials and scholarships.

Mentoring Programs: Pair women with mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement to navigate challenges and pursue their goals effectively.
