The Hive focuses on an often-overlooked section of society. People with intellectual and developmental disabilities are often left with sheltered workshops as their only option. The Hive eatery in Willard will create meaningful, relevant employment experiences in which people with differing abilities will work alongside their typically developing peers (approximately 50/50 ratio), receiving training in all aspects of food production, service, and marketing.
