Start a new project - how it works

1. Tell us about your project idea

  • Tell us about your proposed project
  • Tell us about the charity or organization you are working with to carry out your project
  • Choose a project sponsor from that charity or organization who will help you through the process and with fundraising
  • Work with your charity and project sponsor to create an accurate budget for your project

Response time: the doTERRA Healing Hands team usually responds to proposals in 3-5 days business days.

2. Create a fundraising page

  • Write about what you are doing and why it is important
  • Upload supporting photos
  • Create a fundraising page (if applicable) and raise the money!

Time to complete forms:

Response time: the doTERRA Healing Hands team generally reviews and approves fundraising pages in 1-2 business days.

3. Collaborate with your Charity

  • Receive the funding you collected plus the dHHF match to your supporting organization
  • Work with your organization to use the funding to complete the project

Time to complete forms:

Response time: your charity should receive the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation matching donation in 5-7 business days.

4. Report back on your success

  • Confirm the funds were received
  • Explain how funds were spent via project summary
  • Submit an expense report
  • Upload images from your project

Response time: the doTERRA Healing Hands team generally reviews and approves final project pages in 1-2 business days.
