Girls on Fire Leaders trains girls from Kenyan slums to lead change in their own communities. Now more than ever, the service leadership skills of our girls and women leaders are put into action as Kenya braces for a devastating situation in two of Africa’s largest slums, Kibera and Mathare. Together with DoTERRA Healing Hands Foundation we are deploying pandemic emergency relief resources that will provide for the safety and basic needs of our Girls On Fire girls, their families and our communities.

Your donation will help us:

  • Feed 1,000 people for 1 month. That’s 200 families and over 600 children in the slums.
  • Set-up wash stations and soap distribution.
  • Make Masks - for over 1,200 people living in the slums.
  • Employ over 50 women to make protective gear.
  • Provide beans and rice to over 500 new mothers and babies at the Turkana Feeding Center.
  • Allow Girls On Fire Leaders to educate the youth on coronavirus and work with our partner on anti-violence against girls at this time.
  • Facilitate the service of Girls On Fire Leaders that will be packaging all the food at our distribution centers.
  • Provide emergency funds to GOF staff and interns.

A deep thank you for your generosity. Every dollar truly does make a big difference.
