When We Band Together, in partnership with Yoga and Sport for Refugees, is looking to open a Yoga + Martial Arts Studio for the displaced people living at Moria refugee camp in Lesvos, Greece. This is about providing some of the most marginalized people on the planet with a way to find purpose and growth and endless mental and physical health benefits through movement, meditation, training, and exercise. The funds from this campaign will be used to build out the gym on land near the camp. With the funds, we will purchase building materials, pay for construction to build out the space including showers and lockers, as well as purchase all necessary gym equipment like mats, mirrors, and speakers.
