Tip It Forward serves women experiencing pain who have limited or no access to holistic health care and non-drug interventions. TIF provides care through workshops and a mobile health unit (MHU). Due to COVID-19, Tip It Forward has shifted its efforts to providing holistic care kits for stress and pain relief to in-need community members. These kits mirror services clients receive at the Mobile Health Unit, and include self-massage equipment and essential oils that recipients can use at home. This fundraiser will assemble and deliver 200 kits.
