The 25 Collective is available to dōTERRA employees!

As a thank you to employees who join the collective, dōTERRA is giving away one (1) expenses paid Co-Impact Sourcing trip to Kenya for 2023. One employee will have the opportunity to experience sourcing firsthand, learning from our Sourcing Team and the distillers, farmers, and harvesters with whom we work. The trip will also include hands-on social impact projects funded through dōTERRA Healing Hands benefitting our sourcing communities.

To Enter the CIS Trip Giveaway:

1. By October 31, 2022, arrange to donate $25 a month, for 12 consecutive months, to the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation through payroll deduction.*
2. Attend the dōTERRA Christmas party on November 30 for the announcement of the winner.

*Rules of the 25 Collective dōTERRA Employee Giveway:

1. Contestants: The 25 Collective dōTERRA Employee Giveaway (Giveaway) is open to current employees of dōTERRA International LLC, dōTERRA Manufacturing LLC, or Prime Meridian Health Clinics LLC, (hereinafter collectively “dōTERRA Employee”).
2. Entry: By October 31, 2022, arrange to donate $25 a month, for 12 consecutive months, to the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation through payroll deduction, or enter through the no purchase necessary option as explained below.
3. Qualifying Winner: The dōTERRA Employee must be present at the 2022 dōTERRA Christmas party to win. The dōTERRA Employee must be currently employed by one of the dōTERRA entities identified above at the time of announcement of the winner and at the time of the trip. The dōTERRA Employee must maintain the $25 per month donation for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. The trip will involve physical activity, including but not limited to walking/hiking long distances and over difficult terrain, consequently the dōTERRA Employee must be physically able to attend the trip without accommodation. The dōTERRA Employee must obtain the necessary travel documentation at his/her own expense and efforts. The dōTERRA Employee must not be on any employee discipline in his/her employment with dōTERRA.
4. Prize: One qualifying doTERRA Employee will be announced as the winner of the CIS trip at the doTERRA Christmas party on November 30, 2022. Trip destination will be determined by the Sponsor. The total retail value for the prize is approximately $6300. The value associated with the prize may be taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. No compensation will be provided for any prize that is not able to be awarded. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use prize winners’ name, address (city and country), voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this promotion only, without further compensation.
5. Sponsor. The sponsor of this giveaway is dōTERRA International, LLC, located at 389 South 1300 West, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062.
6. Drawing/Odds. On or about November 30, 2022, one (1) prize winner will be selected in a drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the promotion. Multiple entries are not permitted. The prospective prize winner must be present to win. If Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective prize winner immediately at the dōTERRA Christmas party, then his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternative prize winner will be drawn. By participating in this promotion, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these giveaway rules and acknowledge that the decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to the promotion. In order to receive the names of the prize winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to:

   within sixty (60) days after November 30, 2022. Vermont residents may request the name of the prize winners without a stamped self-addressed envelope within sixty (60) days after November 30, 2022.
7. Release. dōTERRA Employees hereby release Sponsor and its employees, agents, officers, directors, and other affiliated parties from any and all liability associated with the participation in this promotional event. This promotional event is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing such contests, and it is conducted and administered in the State of Utah.
8. No purchase necessary. To enter the giveaway contest without a qualifying donation, you may enter by:
   completing at least one hour of service for a nonprofit after October 12, 2022, and before October 31, 2022;
   email a high-resolution photo of you performing the service to healinghands@doterra.com with the subject line “Employee CIS Trip Giveaway”; and,
   in the email, please include your name, dōTERRA work email address, employee ID number, a brief description of what you did for the service project, and on what date the service occurred.
