1. No purchase is necessary. A purchase of products or services from dōTERRA does not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. dōTERRA and its affiliates’ employees are not eligible to enter.

2. Dates of Promotion. Beginning December 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. MT and ending December 22, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

3. How to Enter. Participants must visit and follow the dōTERRA Healing Hands Instagram page (@doterrahh), find and like the giveaway post, and comment on that post, tagging a friend in the comments. Multiple tags are permitted. Participants can also earn a bonus entry by sharing the giveaway to their stories and tagging @doterrahh, then coming back to the giveaway post and commenting on the giveaway post with a red heart emoji. Comments that contain disease claims are not valid entries and may be deleted.

Alternative Method of Entry: To be eligible to obtain one (1) entry in the giveaway without providing any reply on Instagram, send an email to healinghands@doterra.com that includes entrant’s first name, last name, and a statement that states the entrant wants to be entered into the doTERRA Healing Hands Holiday giveaway. This will make the entrant eligible to receive one (1) entry in the giveaway. The entrant is permitted to make multiple entries.

4. Drawing/Odds. On or about December 23, 2024, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Instagram entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the promotion. Multiple entries are permitted. The winners will be contacted individually from the official dōTERRA US doTERRA Healing Hands Instagram account shortly after via a message on their Instagram account with instructions for collecting the prize. The winners must be willing to provide an email and mailing address to Sponsor. If the Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective prize winners within one week of the first attempt or if Participant does not respond to the message within one week, his/her prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternative eligible entrant for the applicable Prize from remaining eligible entries. By participating in this promotion, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these giveaway rules and acknowledge that the decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to the promotion. 5. Prizes. The three (3) winners selected will each receive the following:

· One (1) Holiday Trio Set (Prize retail value: $50.67)

The total retail value for all prizes is $360.00. The prizes will be mailed to the verified winners. The value associated with the prize may be taxable as income and the prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with

respect to the value of the prize. No compensation will be provided for any prize that is not able to be awarded. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a prize winner’s name, address (city and state), voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this promotion only, without further compensation.

6. Release. This promotional event is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants hereby release Sponsor, Instagram, and their employees, agents, officers, directors, and other affiliated parties from any and all liability associated with the participation in this promotional event. This promotional event is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing such contests, and it is conducted and administered in the State of Utah.
