Our five-year, holistic programming provides girls with a safe environment to build their personal agency through leadership skills, increase their academic performance, receive consistent mentorship and gain voice and visibility in their communities as youth activists. We invest in the eco-system around her - parents, teachers, siblings and local women leaders- so that our impact doesn’t end with a number, but a collective shift which leaves communities more self-reliant and ensures generational change. We believe in the power of communities to unite in supporting girls to become women leaders that will build brighter futures for all children.
