“Breast care – from screenings to diagnosis to treatment – can be a challenging experience. That is why Adventist Health Glendale Medical Center has committed to establishing a comprehensive breast center. The center will seek to provide a streamlined, comprehensive, cutting-edge and compassionate care program for our patients. Our team of experts—surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dietitians and psychiatrists—will work together to create individualized care plans to help patients navigate each step of their journey. Using a patient centered approach, this team will also provide care that is respectful of individual patient preferences and needs by ensuring patient values guide all breast care decisions. The vision and mission of the breast center is the result of collaboration between the medical center leadership team and the vision of Dennis Holmes, MD, FACS, who will be its medical director.
