300 kits full of tried and true tools will be distributed at the Utah Show Up for Teachers Event. Kits contain activities, exercises, and tools such as tapping, yoga, breathing, stories, books, and games that support emotional well-being. 45 min of instructional use will be given to attendees. When kids learn about their own strengths and what to do with heavy emotions and thoughts they are empowered to create their own successful life.
